What We Believe

• The Bible is God’s perfect manual for life.
• God is completely holy and completely loving.
• God created the whole universe, and made us in his image.
• Every person has sinned and deserves to be separated from God forever.
• God loves every one of us and sent his son Jesus to bring us into his family.
• Jesus is fully God and became fully human.
• Jesus’ death on the cross is the only way our sin debt can be forgiven.
• Jesus rose from the dead, is alive today and is coming back again.
• We can be saved only by God’s grace, through faith in Jesus, and not by our own efforts.
• When someone trusts in Jesus, they are given eternal life and the promise of heaven.
• God lives within all who have trusted in Jesus through the Holy Spirit.
• The church is called to love God, serve each other and share the message of Jesus with the world.
• The Holy Spirit empowers Christians to live for God and equips them to serve him.
• We proclaim our faith in Jesus through believer's baptism and celebrate our faith in Christ through communion.
